Entire Agreement: These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Plaid's User Legal Agreement constitute the entire agreement regarding the Tool.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Dedicated CPA may assign these Terms at its sole discretion.
Force Majeure: Dedicated CPA is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or governmental actions.
Reservation of Rights: Dedicated CPA reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms, including the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time.
